Watch and replay

See what your agent does on the phone: live while it works, or afterwards, step by step.

Live

Every phone's start answers two links that open in any browser, with no sign-in: view to watch and control to use the phone. One viewer holds input at a time, and another can take over. The links work until they expire, after 2 hours by default and a day at most, or until the phone ends.

The picture is H.264 over a WebSocket, with no TURN servers. To show the phone in your own product, embed it.

Replay

Every phone is recorded. Within about 15 minutes of its stop, its replay is saved: the screen as a video, beside every tool call with what it did and what it answered. Typed text is left out. A replay is kept 7 days.

• The stop answers the replay's link, links.replay, which opens with no sign-in.
• Over REST, GET /sessions/:id/replay answers recording, saving or ready, with the video and the calls.
• Revoking a phone's tokens and links stops its replay link too.
