A cloud iPhone for any agent.

Your agent builds the app, reads the screen as text and taps by label, from any machine. Platforms give each of their users a phone of their own.

For platforms

A phone for every user: REST and a TypeScript SDK, the live phone in your page, per-phone tokens and signed webhooks.

const phone = await nomac.phones.start({ label: "u42" });
await phone.waitUntilReady();
await phone.tool("ui_act", { steps: ["tap #signIn"] });

Features

  • Native iOS builds

    Xcode 27.1 on the same Mac builds your project, CocoaPods included. iPhone 17 Pro or iPad Pro 11-inch (M5), on iOS 27.

  • The screen as text

    One line per element, tapped by label. A sign-in screen costs your agent about 70 tokens.

  • Tests, case by case

    XCTest and XCUITest report each case as it finishes. A GitHub Action posts the result on the pull request.

  • Live view and replays

    A link opens the phone in any browser, without signing in. Every session is recorded and kept for 7 days.

  • Saved states

    Save a signed-in phone and restore it on the next one, so a test starts where you left it.

  • Your local backend

    A tunnel carries the phone's requests to a server on your machine, and lists each one.

Questions

Who is it for?+
Anyone whose agent works on an iOS app, from any machine, and platforms that give each of their users a phone. Both get the same phones, tools and price.
How is it different from NoMac Session?+
A Session is a whole Mac with a shell and admin rights, for anything a Mac does. A Simulator phone is an iPhone or iPad with the tools to build, run and test an app, kept apart from other customers, with no shell. Phones suit iOS apps at a platform's scale.
Which apps run on it?+
Native iOS apps: Xcode projects and workspaces, Swift packages, and CocoaPods from the project's Podfile.lock. No Android yet.
How is it billed?+
$0.80 an hour, by the minute, with a one-minute minimum, from the same prepaid credit as NoMac Session. A phone bills from the moment it is ready until your agent stops it; the time in line and the Xcode builds cost nothing extra. Two phones run at once per account, more on request.
Where do phones run, and what is kept?+
On Apple silicon Macs in the US. A phone is erased when it stops. Your projects and builds stay for your next phone, saved states until you delete them or 90 days after your last phone, and replays for 7 days.
