The service

NoMac provides cloud macOS virtual-machine sessions with SSH, HTTPS commands and MCP access. You choose and run the software inside your session. You keep ownership of your code and files. Mac time is bought as prepaid credit; creating an account does not purchase anything.

The separate NoMac Builder product builds, signs, uploads and submits iOS applications on your behalf, using credentials you provide (an App Store Connect API key). You keep full ownership of your code, your Apple account and your apps. We execute the operations you (or an agent acting with your API key) request — nothing else.

Your responsibilities

• You have the rights to the code you push and the content you publish.
• Store answers that are legal attestations (age rating, privacy labels, export compliance for non-standard cryptography) are yours; NoMac transmits them verbatim.
• Keep your NoMac API keys secret; anything done with them counts as you.
• No malware, no App Store policy evasion, no other people's Apple accounts.

Cloud Mac credit and files

Cloud Mac credit is sold in one-time purchases of $10 to $100, before applicable tax, processed by Polar. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Sessions use credit at $0.80 an hour of ready time, rounded up to whole minutes with a one-minute minimum. Credit does not expire. Each account may run one session at a time, and a session stops when its credit or limits run out; there are no automatic overage charges. Credit bought with a discount code is promotional and is not refundable as cash. Larger purchases include bonus credit (currently 5% from $30, 10% from $50 and 20% at $100); bonus credit is promotional, is not refundable, is removed in proportion to any refund of its purchase, and future tiers may change.

Queue and setup time are free. Time counts from ready until confirmed shutdown, including time between commands, with a one-minute minimum followed by per-second measurement. Sessions stop at their funded limit, configured deadline or the end of the paid week. Disconnecting is not stopping. Capacity may require waiting in a queue.

Stopping deletes the virtual machine and its files. Download your work before stopping. Retained command output is bounded and older logs may expire; it is not a backup service. Cloud Mac credit is separate from monthly Builder quotas. Contact support@nomac.app about a Mac billing error or refund; the Builder guarantee below applies to the Builder product.

Builder billing

Subscriptions are processed by Polar (merchant of record). Plans meter builds per month (every build attempt counts) with hard caps by default. 7-day refund on first purchase; cancel anytime. Source-readiness checks are free; cloud builds require a paid subscription. There is no free build trial. New purchases are $7.99/month for Starter or $19.99/month for Pro before applicable tax. Existing subscriptions keep their contracted prices while continuously subscribed on that plan.

Request a full refund of your first paid subscription purchase within seven elapsed days of successful payment, through Usage & billing while signed in, or support@nomac.app. The account screen shows the deadline in UTC. Refunds include the corresponding refundable tax and return to the original payment method, without a deduction for build usage. A reason is optional. A confirmed refund also cancels future renewals; paid access from that subscription ends when the refund succeeds and cancellation is confirmed. Already admitted builds may finish. Renewals and plan changes do not restart the guarantee. Timely requests remain eligible while processing; prior refunds, disputes, or complex plan changes receive review with the original request time preserved. Ordinary cancellation without a refund remains available through subscription management. Bank processing time varies.

The honest parts

• Early access: expect rough edges. We may throttle or pause the service to protect the build fleet.
• Apple's review decisions are Apple's; readiness linting improves odds, not promises.
• Liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
• We can terminate abusive accounts; you can delete everything at any time.
