From your agent

ChatGPT, Claude and other agents connected to NoMac can file a report themselves with the report_issue tool. It attaches the session or build it is about, and the agent can check back for our reply with the same tool.

Common questions

• Connecting an app: add https://mcp.nomac.app/mcp (ChatGPT uses https://mcp.nomac.app/chatgpt) and sign in with your NoMac account. Setup for each client is on the install page.
• Disconnecting an app: revoke its key, named after the app, on the Keys page of your dashboard.
• Credit and billing: Mac time is $0.80 an hour, billed by the minute from prepaid credit that never expires. See pricing and the terms.
• A Mac that will not start or stop: include the session ID (it starts with ses_) in your email or report.
